The following may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• Proof of current address (utility bill / bank statement)

If any submitted document is found to be false or forged, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will not be refunded.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and any such funds will be returned.

Users may also voluntarily close their account — please contact the support team. If a valid balance exists, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it before closure.
